Dan explains how to build the house. Or he is just making a smart remark about nothing. This is the frame construction portion of the building.
Loving the power tools. This is Mark getting ready to “open the window” for the house his team is building.
Tht’s all we have time for right now. Mark has about 650 pictures to show you, wo we will get to those later. Enjoy the teaser.

Didn’t you all know that men named “Mark” shouldn’t be given power tools. Shhh don’t tell “him” I said that ok.
Smiles!

Team Allendale,
Glad to hear you’re all having a great time and everything is working out well.
I just got back from my first Guatemala trip two weeks ago, and even before we left, I was homesick for it. Just seeing your pictures makes me miss it all the more. I love Guatemala so much: the people, the many experiences and adventures, the food (rice and beans…mmmm), the work, and the way we had the opportunity to touch so many peoples lives and show them God’s love. I plan to go back again, hopefully very soon. I was even tempted to ‘accidentally’ miss the flight home!
Hope you all have a safe, exciting, memorable, and God-filled trip.
